Yes, the Kenda Karrier ST175/80R13 Radial Trailer Tire # AM31990 will indeed fit on the etrailer Hitch Mounted Spare Tire Carrier # e98ZR. The spare tire carrier will work with virtually any 4 lug, 5 lug or 6 lug wheel. The # AM31990 wheel uses the standard 5 lug on 4-1/2" bolt pattern which is very common. These two items will definitely be compatible. view full answer...
Thanks for the information! Our spare tire carriers are pretty universal and the best one for your boat trailer is going to be the CE Smith Offset Spare Trailer Tire Carrier item # CE27310G. It is made of galvanized steel so it will stand up well to being in and out of the water. It fits all 4-lug and 5-lug wheels, up to 15" to include 4 on 4, 5 on 4-1/2, and 5 on 4-3/4 bolt patterns. It'll mount to trailer frames that are 1" to 3-1/2" wide x up to 4" tall. view full answer...
Great question, Mike!
The Brophy Rigid Mount Spare Tire Mount # BR56VR doesn't actually have a weight rating because it's been rated for tires that fit on up to 17-1/2" wheels. So this will be able to handle the weight of your 16" wheel and the tire on it just fine. view full answer...
We do!

We don't currently offer any hitch mounted spare tire carriers with a swing-away function, but you could get a swing-away adapter like the Yakima BackSwing Swing Away Hitch Extender for Bike Racks # Y02483. This would mount in your Q7's 2" trailer hitch and allow you to mount the # e98ZR into the 2" receiver tube opening. Since this is an adapter it will reduce the hitch's capacity by 50% so you'll want verify the weight of the wheel/tire along with the weight of the carrier (35lbs) to... view full answer...
Hey Gordon, the etrailer spare carrier part # e99045 that you referenced does work with the wheel bolt pattern 5 on 4-3/4 inch like you asked about. view full answer...
John, the Camco Vinyl Spare Tire Cover # CAM45254 is designed to specifically fit a 31 1/4" tire so with your tire being 30.8" it's not going to work. Instead, you'd need to use something like the Universal Spare Tire Cover # 052963753875 which will work with tires ranging from 29" to 31" in diameter. view full answer...
Hey David!
The etrailer Trailer Hitch Receiver # e98844 will fit with the full size spare tire on your 2017 Toyota Highlander as long as it doesn't have an aluminum rim. In that case you'll need to store the spare either inside or on top of your vehicle since there aren't any hitches made that will fit with an aluminum spare. view full answer...
As long as your current tires are 16" and your bolt pattern is 8 on 6-1/2 the # AM20768 will work as a spare. From the videos I found it looks like you do have the 8 on 6-1/2 bolt pattern but nobody focuses in on the wheels and tires so I would double check. You can find your tire size on the side of the tires. view full answer...
Hey Roland, good question and the answer is you can leave your 18 inch spare tire on your 2022 Dodge Durango and still install the Draw-Tite Max-Frame Trailer Hitch Receiver # DT38MR. view full answer...
Hello Tim, so the Curt Hitch # C13394 will indeed be a good fit for your 2019 Toyota Highlander Platinum. The hitch will fit with the full-size spare underneath the vehicle. The only exclusion is if the spare tire is on an aluminum rim, which is a bit too wide to work with the hitch. If the wheel is steel, it will fit fine. view full answer...
Yes, your black spare that you have is one that is compatible with the etrailer hitch part # e98844. It's only the aluminum wheels that won't fit and what you have is not the aluminum one Nick. view full answer...
While I cannot say from looking at your image that the Hollywood Racks RV Rider Bike Rack # HLY64FR will or won't fit your Sprinter van having the spare tire, I can give you some measurements that will help you to determine if it will. The bike rack itself is going to have 12" of clearance to the closest part of the rack(handle for inside bike secure to post) to the center of the hitch pin hole. If your spare tire sticks out more than 12" past the hitch pin center hole you are going to... view full answer...

Hey Frank, the Westlake ST205/75R15 Radial Tire w 15" Condor Aluminum Wheel # WST74FR is not pre-balanced and it doesn't require it. Trailer wheels do not end up getting balanced and when people try to it doesn't really offer any benefits. view full answer...
I always recommend actually measuring your tires as they can be different than what may be on the sidewall of the tire. If your tires physically measure the 2.3" you mentioned you will be able to use them with the Bike Rack Adapter # CC-125 as the 0.05" difference between the 2.25" opening is so small the tire will flex the small difference to fit into the cradle. view full answer...
